Unapproved Layout – Approved by Panchayat President – Violation of Rules

Village Panchayat Presidents should not issue any approval to any layout whatever may be the extent in their areas without getting technical approval and concurrence from the Director of Town and Country Planning or his authorised Joint Director or Deputy Director.
