Prayer: In the circumstances, it is just and encessary that his Hon’ble Court may be pleased to restrain the Respondents/Defendants (Ms. Amutha Sekar, Ms. Radhika Ramakrishnan, Ms. Sujatha S, Mr. Mohammad Shaheed, Mr. Meganathan alias Ramani), their men and agents from further publishing/circulating defamatory messages against the petitioners pending disposal of the Suit and further grand ad interim exparte injunction to the same effect till the disposal of this IA as otherwise the object of the IA will be frustrated and thus render justice.
